Return policy

We want you to be thrilled with your order, and we stand by the quality of our products and our customization process. We make every effort to make things absolutely perfect!

Because all of our products are customized with your unique logo or design, we can only accept returns or offer refunds under specific circumstances.

Reasons for a return

We will gladly accept a return and offer a full refund or replacement if your order meets any of the following criteria:

  • Manufacturing defects: The product has a significant defect in materials or workmanship.
  • Incorrect product: The item you received is not the product you ordered (e.g., wrong model, size, or color).
  • Printing errors: The custom logo or design on your product is different from the final proof you approved. This includes incorrect colors, a different logo than requested, or a misprint.

Unacceptable reasons for a return

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • Customer-approved errors: If the final product matches the proof you approved, but you find an error in the design or text that was in the proof.
  • Buyer's remorse: You simply change your mind after receiving the order.
  • Event cancellation: Your event or campaign was canceled after your proof approval. Once production has begun, we cannot cancel or refund an order.
  • Minor color variations: Due to variations in computer monitor settings, the colors of your final product may differ slightly from what you saw on your screen. These minor variations are not considered a defect.
  • Standard size variations: Small variations in product size or placement of the logo within industry-standard tolerances are not considered a defect.

How to initiate a return

If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please complete our contact form or contact your sales rep within 14 days of receiving your order. To help us process your request quickly, please provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the product highlighting the defect or error

Once we review your request and confirm it meets our return policy, we will provide instructions on how to return the product and process your refund or replacement.

If you do not communicate with us within 14 days of your order receipt (based on the shipping carrier tracking info), we will not be able to process a requested return.
